How to Cancel a Subscription on iPhone or iPad
- •Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- •Tap your Apple ID name at the top
- •Select Subscriptions
- •Find Elystic Clean and tap on it
- •Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial, if applicable)
- •Confirm the cancellation
Important: After canceling, access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Will deleting files through the app permanently remove them?
Yes, when you confirm deletion, files are moved to your device's Recently Deleted folder where they remain for 30 days before permanent removal.
Does Elystic Clean access my personal data?
The app only scans file metadata on your device to identify duplicates and large files. No personal content is uploaded or shared.
Can I use the app without a subscription?
Basic storage overview features are available for free. Advanced cleanup tools require an active subscription.
